Overview
Introducing our all-new Canyon Ridge Elements garage door - a contemporary twist on our timeless carriage house design. Crafted with textured overlays, clean square edges, and durable insulated steel, it offers the elegance of painted wood with none of the maintenance.
Construction Overview
- Four-layer construction: steel + insulation + steel + overlay
- 1-3/8” polystyrene insulation with a 6.5 R value. Overlays are polyurethane overlays on steel
- Boards molded from steel woodgrain for a natural woodgrain classic look.
- Colors include: White, Almond, Desert Tan, Sandtone, Charcoal, Bronze and Black
- WINDCODE® reinforcement available for high wind load applications. (Learn more)
Design Overview
- Seven factory finish paint and overlay colors. Overlay and base colors can be mixed to achieve desired look.
- Overlay is offered in a Woodgrain Classic texture only.
- Optional windows and decorative hardware.
- Clean, Square edge boards will complete any home for a modern look.
Environmental Assurance
Clopay doors are compliant with environmental laws and regulations. Clopay doors do not contain HFCs. All Clopay doors are compliant with:
- California SB 1013
- Washington HB 1112 – Hydrofluorocarbon Greenhouse Gas Emissions
- Canadian regulations amending the ozone-depleting substances and halocarbon alternatives regulations
- New Jersey A-5583/S-3919 – Greenhouse Gas Bill

- High performance nylon ball bearing rollers help ensure smooth, long-lasting, quiet operation.
- Heavy-duty 14 gauge steel hinges and brackets for smooth and worry-free operation.
- Window grilles are removable for easy cleaning.
- Safe-T-Bracket® - Prevents serious injury that could occur if the bottom bracket were removed with the garage door closed and under tension.
